Fit 2 the Core is a 30 minute class designed to build a powerful core and tone the overall body. You will target abs, obliques, and glutes to help improve posture, balance, and stability. This investment enhances your muscular strength and endurance & will help achieve optimal performance in all physical feats.
In addition, Personal Training & Small Group Training are available on the following dates/times:
Tuesday- 8am-12pm
Thursday- 8am-12pm
Sunday- 9am-12pm
