HIIT Links

February 28 @ 9:30 am - 10:00 am

HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. Your instructor will have your heart rate up while you move through a variety of different movements at your own pace. Increase your stamina and burn calories during this intense, but fun workout with exercises that can be both high impact and lower impact depending on your level.

In addition, Personal Training & Small Group Training are available on the following dates/times:

Tuesday- 8am-12pm
Thursday- 8am-12pm
Sunday- 9am-12pm
