The Link at Sunset will offer 60 apartments, including 1-, and 2- bedroom units, with 20% of the units serving adults with developmental disabilities and the rest of the being affordable. The 12 apartments for adults with needs will be occupied by NY State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) eligible adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities. The remaining apartments will be occupied by typical people who meet income requirements, as well as pass an employment and background check. 

The units feature spacious floor plans, wood-look flooring, balconies and new appliances. All apartments include electricity and are cable and WiFi ready. Monthly rent is dependent on unit layout and renter income.








The Link will be a beautiful and modern building that will include a main floor office space and conference spaces for The Kelberman Center in addition to community rooms. The site plans and designs are available for the community to see the vision of this project. Overall, there will be 50 one-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom apartments and 94 parking spaces available, including 20 spaces for resident visitors and 24 for Kelberman Center employees.
