The LINK at Sunset offers 60 beautiful apartments, including 1- and 2- bedroom units, within a historic Utica neighborhood.
12 apartments are occupied by NY State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) eligible adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The remaining apartments are occupied by people who meet specific income requirements. Overall, there are 50 one-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom apartments and 94 parking spaces available.
