Healthy Eating on a Budget

Join us on March 23rd, 2023 from 1p-2:30p as Megan Dolhof, Certified Nutritionist discusses how to eat healthily on a budget.
Megan is a Certified Nutrition Specialist, the gold standard for advanced nutrition professionals. She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition from Northeast College of Health Sciences in April 2017. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health with a concentration in Administration from SUNY Cortland.
Megan is passionate in educating individuals about nutrition and holistic wellness. In addition to individual nutrition counseling, Megan offers group nutrition education classes, cooking classes and healthy pantry & fridge makeover service.
